Welcome

Little Hope Cemetery was founded in 1889 by 5 families in the Sand Hills / Piney Woods of Bienville Parish.  

We want to honor their memories as we continue the upkeep of the cemetery  and continue the tradition of meeting for the Annual Memorial / Graveyard Working / Dinner on the Grounds the 3rd Saturday in May.

Janet Scholl has been kind enough to share her work in untying the threads that have been woven together over the past century to show how everyone buried in our cemetery is connected and how those connections tie us all together in the present day.
